I have been a resident of Wilmington for over 3 years, and my success in residential and commercial real estate is attributed to my professional and personal service. I work tirelessly to earn my clients respect and loyalty. Working everyday contributes to my knowledge of the current market conditions for both buyers and sellers. I represent both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions in Clinton County, Highland County, Brown County, Clermont County, Warren County, and Greene County.
I am a strong believer in listening to all of my clients wants and needs to ensure that they are satisfied with every aspect of the buying and selling process. I will go over and above what is typically expected out of a Realtor. The majority of my clients are referral based; therefore I know how important it is to treat every client like family. I provide top notch interior/exterior photography using a wide lens camera to make homes clean, bright, and big. I am also an FAA Certified Drone Pilot and create stunning aerial videos and photos for properties I have listed to help in marketing efforts.
