Daniel Cardenas is a Principal Partner of AVENUE Real Estate Partners, a leading urban commercial retail brokerage company with headquarters in Miami Beach, Florida. Daniel has over 7 years of experience in South Florida commercial real estate and has been involved in more than $200 million in transactions. Over the last several years with Avenue, Daniel has developed a strong in-depth understanding of the urban retail markets and has been able to provide exceptional services to landlords and tenants in leasing, construction and development, sales, market analysis and strategy. Daniel has been a part of the revitalization of several key South Florida markets including Lincoln Road, Alton Road and Collins Avenue on South Beach and Brickell, Midtown, Wynwood, Design District and Coconut Grove. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked with leading national and regional retailers and restaurant groups such as Equinox, Blink Fitness, Soul Cycle, Uniqlo, Sprint, WeWork, Meininger Hotels, Romero Britto Art, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Baires Restaurant Group, Salsa Fiesta and Antico Foods. Daniel has served as a consultant and representative to a vast list of renowned developers, landlords, family offices, and private and public institutions including KBS Realty, Camden Property Trust, Tristar Capital, RFR Realty, PLC investments, Time Equities, Gideon Asset Management, Goddard Investment Group, Grouper Financial, Grupo Magus, HES Group and Wynn Resorts. High Street Retail projects in which Daniel has been involved include 800 Lincoln Road, 500 Lincoln Road, 420 Lincoln Road, 351 Lincoln Road, 1058 Collins Avenue, 140 NE 40th Street Design District. Other notable retail projects include 50 SW 10th Street Brickell, 555 Washington Avenue and Triptych Midtown. Prior to joining Avenue, Daniel was a leasing agent for Dacra Development in Miami’s Design District. Daniel holds a BA in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.
