Daniel Breiman, Senior Managing Director, joined Olmstead Properties, Inc. as Leasing and Managing Agent in July 1999. Prior to joining Olmstead, Mr. Breiman was an Asset Manager at Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. for 10 years where he was responsible for a diverse commercial portfolio consisting of as many as 10 buildings comprised in excess of 2.5 million square feet. Presently, he directs leasing and management of half of the Olmstead portfolio. Mr. Breiman received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. He is married and resides in New York City.
