Bio
Dane joined Capstone in 2023 as an Investment Sales Advisor based out of our Charlotte HQ. He most recently worked for Thirty Capital Financials’ Charlotte office, specializing in interest rate derivatives and CMBS defeasance execution. Prior to his time at TCF, Dane worked with CBRE’s Life Science Advisory team in their San Diego office, specializing in strategic leasing and corporate dispositions. Dane graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in entrepreneurship through the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. By way of San Diego, Dane made the move to Charlotte in 2021, and enjoys surfing, skiing, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
