Dana is the firm’s primary leasing contact for tenants and the brokerage community and is responsible for showcasing properties to prospective tenants and effectively negotiating leasing terms. Dana works within the asset management team helping cultivate a diversified tenant pool spread across multiple industries with limited correlations.
Dana works alongside our tenants to ensure the firm can accommodate their evolving requirements and maintains its high level of tenant retention. A meticulous record keeper, Dana is an expert in file systems, real estate administrative processes, and managing web content across multiple social media platforms. Known for her reputation of straightforward and honest business dealings, Dana's integrity underscores every aspect of her work.
Prior to joining Brent Mako, Dana garnered extensive real estate administration and leasing experience throughout her career having worked at O’Shea Properties, Schacker Realty, Island Associates, New York Community Bank, and Farrell Fritz. Dana earned her B.S. from St. John’s University.
