As Senior Vice President and Tampa Market Leader, Dan oversees a portfolio of 3.8M SF. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, leasing, marketing and finance. Prior to joining Highwoods in 2006, Dan was senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company, overseeing the company’s development activities in Central Florida. A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Dan is active in a variety of professional and civic organizations including past president of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP and past-president of the Westshore Alliance. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida.
