Since beginning his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 1987, Dan Swift has successfully negotiated more than 1,800 office lease and sale transactions, representing over $3 billion in total consideration. Currently a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Dan has been a consistent top performer in the Portland market and he has won the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) Office Broker of the Year award three times.
