His expertise includes working with investors on commercial transactions including land acquisition and development, multi-unit, and mixed-use properties. Dan is an Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP®) through the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and member of CoStar, the commercial MLS.

Dan is a La Grange area resident with his wife and three kids. He grew up in La Grange Park, IL. and graduated from Lyons Township high school. He has a finance degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He began his career as a Commercial Loan Representative at Standard Bank & Trust and further advanced his career there as a commercial business development officer on the North side of Chicago.
Dan’s commercial real estate portfolio consisted of providing financing for acquisition and development of residential multi-units, condo conversions, restaurants and short term construction loans including the Cubby Bear, Sports Corner, Vines Restaurant, Uncommon Ground and some of the Wrigley Field rooftops. In 2009 he took his experience in finance and transitioned into real estate.
He has served on the La Grange Pet Parade fundraising committee, Aging Care Connections Sports Ball Committee, and been involved with both the La Grange Business Association, West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and he continues to sponsor many local charities in and around the La Grange area.
