Dan has 20 years of experience in multifamily housing and project management. His experience includes overseeing day to day operations, working with national vendors for purchasing and services, renovating and/or repositioning assets, cash management, due diligence of properties on both the income as well as the physical side. Dan’s responsibility is to both the owners and the tenants. For owners, he works to keep properties fully occupied with quality tenants. He ensures the properties are well maintained while running operations as economically as possible through the constant monitoring of the expenses.
