Dan Santagata is currently a Executive Vice President in JLL's New York City office. As a member of one of the NY market's most active brokerage teams, Dan represents tenants across various industries to plan and execute corporate real estate strategies. Dan's deep market knowledge combined with the broad range of resources at JLL allows for a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven occupancy solutions including relocation strategies, lease renewals, expansions, dispositions, consolidations, and occupancy cost reductions. Dan plays an integral role in enhancing JLL's market outreach while providing a high level of service to client assignments. Dan has nine years of real estate brokerage experience in the New York market, focusing primarily on tenant representation.
