Young, focused and eager to make a difference right here in Northwest Ohio. As a young entrepreneur, Dan McQuillen envisioned making a positive imprint and he has held true to his dream. Dan is a Toledo native graduating from St. John's Jesuit High School. He continued to the University of Toledo graduating with a bachelor's degree in finance.
The quest to make an impact on the community started early. Dan became a REALTOR® in 2004 and earned his Broker's license in 2006 at the young age of 25, making him one of the youngest Brokers in the state of Ohio. In 2007, Dan opened his own brokerage with several agents under his direction and four years later merged his company with Danberry. In 2018, Dan became a partner and has played a vital role in growing it to reaching over $850 Million in volume. He most recently founded, with his partners, Capital Home Loans in 2019 and currently serves as the President.
Dan has been recognized by his peers as the 2013 REALTOR® of the Year. He was also a recipient of the Toledo 20 Under 40 award. Dan currently serves as the President of NORIS Multiple Listing Services Board and has also served as a Director on the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® Association Board. Dan is an active member of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee where he contributes funds to support local candidates in the area as a Sterling R member. He also plays an important role in the Danberry Treasure Chest where, collectively, the Company has raised over $1.4 Million in donations back to the ProMedica Children's Hospital.
Dan is married to his high school sweetheart, Eva. Together they have two children, Thomas and John. Dan enjoys volunteering for the boy's athletic groups and is involved in the Boy Scouts of America. Dan McQuillen remains focused and driven to help continue to grow the Glass City in to an even more vibrant, cutting edge community.
Dan is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR® and National Association of REALTORS®. Dan is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where he is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. The firm achieved 4,754 transactions in addition to obtaining $1,099,806,663 in sales volume according to RealTrends.
