Bio
Dan Leon, Director of Acquisitions for The Heritage Group, is responsible for sourcing, bidding, & underwriting investment opportunities for investor clients within the portfolio.
Prior to joining The Heritage Group, Dan worked as Financial Analyst & Asset Manager for BioMed Realty, a Blackstone Company. As Asset Manager at BioMed, Dan oversaw the execution of investment strategies for over 3.5 million square feet of assets within the San Francisco and United Kingdom portfolios. Dan was also responsible for underwriting, budgeting, and forecasting over $750 million of development & redevelopment projects within the portfolio.
Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of San Diego with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys brewing beer, playing music, trading stocks, and cheering for the Padres
