Bio
Dan Knigge has over twenty years of commercial real estate management experience. Currently he is a General Manager overseeing the Riverway project in Rosemont, IL an 870,000sf commercial multi-tenant property. His duties include tenant relations, staff development, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, capital projects and service contract management.
His past duties involve overseeing a portfolio of multi-tenant properties totaling 640,000sf for a single owner in the Chicago area. Prior to that he managed a national real estate portfolio for a local Chicago-area financial institution with corporate offices in Rosemont, IL, Chicago, IL, Ann Arbor, MI, and Towson, MD, and 45 retail and sales offices located throughout the country. He provided management of all real estate activities of the properties occupied by his Client including lease administration, occupancy planning, construction management, and data center management. Before that he managed various commercial properties in Chicago and the suburbs.
Mr. Knigge obtained a LEED-AP accreditation in 2008, an RPA designation from BOMA in 2006 and a Real Estate Broker License in 1997. In 2009 he was selected as the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Manager of the Year Award. In 2011 he won a Client's "Outstanding Contribution Award" for the planning and execution of a multi-departmental restack which increased space efficiency.
