Dan Harvey, Vice Chairman of the Bay Area CBRE Occupier Services group, has distinguished himself as one of the leading brokerage professionals in the region. He provides strategy, planning, analysis and execution for complex corporate real estate transactions and global corporate occupier real estate portfolios. Over the course of his 28 year career, Mr. Harvey has established numerous long-term relationships with many of the world’s largest corporations. His clients have benefited from his expertise on both regional and international levels. In the last 28 years, he has been involved in leasing and disposition transactions totaling more than 5 Million square feet and valued at more than $5 billion.
Mr. Harvey leads a team of occupier service professionals that have been involved in some of the region’s most prominent transactions. They primarily focus on emerging private and early-to-mid stage public companies, and work to deliver tightly aligned, business driven real estate solutions for their clients. In 2014, Mr. Harvey helped facilitate the Salesforce Tower lease, totaling 714,000 square feet, the largest lease in San Francisco history.
