Dan Groleau has extensive experience in the business world beginning with many years of experience in the business and management of a family owned construction business. Today he is an Associate Broker at Colliers International. He has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan since 1965. In 1980 he made the decision to make real estate his full time career. At that time he became an Associate Broker at Schostak Brothers and Company, one of the larger commercial brokerage houses in metro Detroit. He was affiliated with that firm until 1989. While at Schostak Brothers he brokered commercial / industrial real estate in both North Oakland County and Genesee County.
In 1989 Dan began concentrating his real estate efforts strictly on the Genesee County market. Since March of 2006 Dan has enjoyed the privilege of being affiliated with Colliers International Dan has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. He has successfully represented owners, tenants, and buyers in transaction both locally and nationally.
Dan has a BBA degree from Baker College and is affiliated with many REALTOR organizations. His varied real estate experience and his excellent people skills make him one the most respected REALTORs in Genesee County.
