Dan Ford has been working in commercial real estate since 2003. He began his real estate career working in land and land development. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of commercial real estate capacities, selling everything from multifamily investment properties to medical office space. Dan’s background in finance has enabled him to help his clients evaluate properties and make good decisions about what to purchase. Among his services, he spends hours running numbers and putting together investment packages for his clients. Dan has developed a number of different properties with clients and investors and can provide a full range of services, including entitling properties for clients and helping work through city permitting processes. After finishing his MBA, he worked as a financial analyst for a semi-conductor company. His financial acumen helps his clients distill many complicated factors into a manageable decision. Dan is an active member of the realtor community and serves in a variety of capacities to help increase property ownership. Over the years he has served on the Technology Committee and the Government Affairs Committee for the Utah County Association of Realtors. He has also served as chair to the Technology Committee and is a trustee on the Real Estate Political Action Committee for Utah County. Dan and his wife, Wendy, have four children. When he has free time, he enjoys skiing, swimming, mountain biking, beekeeping and woodcarving.
