Dan is a multifamily investment specialist in North Orange County. He leverages his expertise in market analysis, investment finance, and 1031 Exchanges to assist his clients to achieve their investment goals. Focusing on apartment buildings between 5 and 100 units, Dan combines his passion for building long-term relationships with innovative strategies to provide clients with the confidence to make quality investments. His favorite part of the business is showing clients how to increase their net worth with our 10-year financial model.
Prior to joining Centennial, Dan served 6 years on active duty in the U.S. Army. As an engineer officer, Dan was an expert in road construction, route clearance, and demolitions. While in the Army, he has traveled to 34 states and has lived in 5 (California, Washington, Missouri, Texas, New York). He most recently served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at CSUF and UCI in the Army Reserves, before completing his service as a Captain.
Dan received an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering Management from West Point. Dan and his wife, Evangeline, are both Southern California natives and enjoy eating good food, going to the beach, and serving at their church.
