Since 2016, Dan has been involved in hotel/motel sales in CO and surrounding states. He focuses on the sale of hospitality properties across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Georgia and Pennsylvania under Hotel Brokers International, the longest standing hotel brokerage organization in the country. Coming from many years in the restaurant ownership/management business, Dan understands the challenges that the hospitality industry brings to his clients. While "selling hotels" is what he does by trade, Dan is a problem solver, manages expectations of his clients and comes up with creative solutions to get deals closed.
