Dan has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and leisure sectors having previously worked at Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte), JLL and Tushingham Moore.
Dan works on development schemes from inception right through to ongoing strategic asset management. Major schemes include Liverpool One; Corn Exchange, Manchester; Heart of the City II, Sheffield; First Street, Manchester; Times Square, Warrington; Printworks, Manchester; Leopold Square, Sheffield.
Dan also acts on behalf of a wide range of national and regional restaurant operators including Burger King, Honest Burgers and Pizza Express and a host of regional and independent operators.
