Dan has built his business by cultivating and maintaining ‘solid GOLD’ Client relationships, primarily focused on Single Tenant, Industrial and Office Investment Properties. Over the past several years, Dan has been one of Marcus & Millichap's highest producing Agents in the country, and he currently leads a West Coast Industrial & Office Team based in Los Angeles. Considering the depth of his real estate brokerage experience, coupled with his MBA in Finance and Undergraduate Engineering degree, Dan has the unique ability to provide his Clients with a balanced perspective to complex real estate issues.
