Dan led CBRE's Minnesota office in data center projects and was a member of the Data Center Solutions Group. In this capacity, Dan worked with clients to define appropriate short and long-term data center strategies.
He analyzed the total cost of occupancy of existing environments and utilized his strong understanding of the technical and economic drivers in the market to identify alternative solutions which met client requirements. Leveraging strong market relationships, he delivered the most aggressive rates and terms for the client's market alternatives and integrated the alternatives into a comprehensive business case which thoroughly documented the project’s process and underwrote the client’s decision
