As a managing owner of 16 RE/MAX Office Franchises since 2003 in Real Estate, Dan certainly has worn many hats over the years in the South Central Wisconsin real estate market. Being a 3rd generation entrepreneur, he has been involved in all aspects of the business. Real Estate Sales, office building, team building, business building, policy/procedure curation, plan implementation, marketing, technology development, training, coaching, mentoring, speaking, teaching, selling, buying, and investing in the industry earned him positions on leadership councils for RE/MAX LLC, RE/MAX INTEGRA and currently the VP of the SCWMLS. He also has extensive knowledge of remodeling, building, insurance, financing, investing and business operations consulting. With an extensive background in small business, military leadership, law enforcement, team management and desire to change lives, Dan plays a huge role in expertly assisting all of his business owner agents and real estate clients alike.
