Damon Skelly is a Senior Financial Analyst at Howard Hughes Holdings. Before joining HHH in 2022, Damon worked at USAA Real Estate as a Loan Asset Management and Operations Analyst. He was an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Antonio (BOMA) participating in the Emerging Professional and Legislative Affairs committees. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning his undergraduate degree in Finance. He was a member of the school’s Investment Society where he learned financial concepts that have helped him navigate through the world of private equity and real estate today. While enrolled at UTSA, Damon gained valuable experience while working for the property management company, Northwest Real Estate.
