Damon is the 5th generation, born and raised in Bell County. In 2004, he graduated from Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. He began his career with PFG where he served as an Area Manager. Damon then worked in advertising as an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising.
He launched his career in real estate as a partner with Venture Ltd., Commercial Real Estate, and then at RK Marshall Group and Vista Real Estate. Damon started Benchmark Real Estate Group so he could concentrate on Land, Commercial, and Development. He wanted to be a one-person show. But as he moved forward it made more sense to create a platform with like-minded people who could work and collaborate and grow together. They will continue to help as many people as they can.
Damon is passionate about his community. He knows that when you take care of your community. Your community will, in return, take care of you.
