For his ownership clients, Damon’s overriding goal is to maximize the value of their properties. From preparing budgets to curating property searches to structuring lease and sale transactions, Damon has had deep involvement with every aspect of acquiring, administrating, and disposing of commercial properties.
Damon has represented government tenants, hospitals, industrial users, laboratories, and research and development facilities, as well as the owners of office buildings, warehouses, and commercially zoned land parcels.
