As a highly skilled commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in office, industrial, and retail landlord/tenant representation and investment sales, Dallin possess a broad range of technical skills that enable him to provide top-notch service to his clients. His expertise includes lease negotiation, financial analysis, market research, property valuation, and contract negotiation. He is also proficient in a variety of software and tools, including Crexi, CoStar, LoopNet, CRM software, and Excel. All of which, he uses daily to serve his clients.
As an Arizona native, he has a deep connection to and is an active member of the local community. In addition to his professional pursuits, he participates in a variety of extracurricular activities, including volunteering for various charitable organizations as well as hiking, traveling with his wife Macy, and playing pickleball.
