Mr. Willis began his real estate career with Ulmann International then joined Farnsworth Development in the mid-80’s. In 1989 he founded Willis Property Company specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Over the past 20 years Mr. Willis has platted and engineered over 30,000 lots as well as developed many well known master-planned communities in Maricopa and Pinal County. One of the largest communities that Mr. Willis helped develop was the Spectrum at Val Vista Masterplan Community, which includes multiple residential neighborhoods, San Tan Motorplex, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and more. He and his business partners have bought and sold land, ranches and commercial buildings in Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Georgia and Texas. Mr. Willis is currently the Grand Canyon Council President of the Boy Scouts of America and oversees all of the scouting for the majority of the State of Arizona.
