Dale Novacek is a Senior Property Manager with Stream Realty Partners, joining the San Antonio office in 2023. He brings over 42 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office, retail, and industrial. At Stream, Dale oversees an industrial portfolio as well as several medical office properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Dale served as the Senior Property Manager for the corporate office of the Whataburger Real Estate Segment where he managed the Whataburger home office and the corporate campus. In addition, he provided support to the 900+ Whataburger locations, including vendor management and maintenance requests. Dale previously worked for Noddle Companies as Vice President of Property Management and Leasing, consisting of 10 million sf of retail space throughout 16 midwestern states. Before moving to Texas, Dale worked for the Omaha CBRE office handling Class A office and industrial properties.
Dale has extensive experience in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Lease Negotiations, Financial Analysis, Development Process, and Project Management, with vast knowledge in the management of Class A Office / High Rise and Corporate Campuses, Multi-Use Developments, and Industrial Build-to-Suit Developments.
