Bio
Buckle up for a lively — and oh-so-worth-it — ride with real estate agent Dale Carrillo. A self-proclaimed dreamer, doer, and optimist, Dale kicks things into action with an enthusiasm that was likely present before she took her first breath. Whether she is helping young first-time buyers enter the market, retirees ready to start a new chapter, or buying the land to build your winery, the journey with Dale ends at the intersection of success and satisfaction.
From skipping around the country as National Wholesale Sales Manager for Darioush selling luxury wine, managing the esteemed Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant in San Francisco, and representing 150 Top wineries from around the world, Dale understands the wine world. However, her real estate interest always bubbled just beneath the surface. (She’d purchased her first home, invested in her first rental property when she was barely legal drinking age, and started her 1st business before 29 years of age … sold its successfully after 10 years ;-)
Dale first entered into the real estate world on the mortgage side, which allows her to replace her clients’ financial concerns with confidence. She knows the power of real estate and how to help her clients harness that power for themselves — being an avid residential property investor herself.
Dale has happily lived in the Bay Area since 1994, where she is always up for a bubbly glass of champagne (she’s also a Sommelier so you might want to put her skills to the test), dining with friends, planning her next travel adventure, or just relaxing with her husband and poodle fur baby by her side as well as an off-the-track racehorse. An animal lover, she serves on the committee of Party for the Pooches, which raises money for Valley Humane Society. Dale also supports the Rotary Club and Habitat for Humanity.
