Dale Camera is a Senior Vice President and Partner of Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition and lease up of commercial properties on behalf of industrial, R&D and flex users & investors. He has been a successful commercial real estate broker at the Irvine office since 2001. His real estate experience also includes coordinating with major developers on the design, construction, marketing and disposition of new construction developments in Orange County.
In addition to representing private owners and developers, Mr. Camera possesses transaction experience from managing and negotiating small to large industrial and flex leases, building sales and purchases. This diverse experience allows him to bring a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the subtle intricacies of today’s commercial real estate transactions.
