Having worked in multiple sectors of local government, retail, professional, and real estate, Dale has extensive experience in sales, interpersonal communication, leadership, and management. He possesses degrees in Automotive Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (concentration Business Entrepreneurship) and is actively pursuing his MBA. Longevity, fitness, and overall health are massive parts of Dale and his team’s lifestyle as they routinely compete in fitness and endurance events throughout Southern California. Dale lives each day for his beautiful family consisting of his wife Melesssa (yes, there are 3 s’s), his son Royce age 2.5 and his furry family members Forrest, GG, and Amelia.
