Cyrus Felfeli advises REITs, developers, institutions, and high net worth individuals on all aspects of single-tenant properties including one-off investment sales, programmatic portfolio dispositions, zero-cashflow transactions, and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Felfeli specializes in executing sale-leasebacks for private equity sponsors and corporate users seeking liquidity for owned real estate assets to paydown debt, execute dividend recapitalizations, or provide an additional source of equity for targeted acquisitions. As a member of the team led by Chris Bosworth and Will Pike, Mr. Felfeli has been actively involved in executing transactions valued in excess of $6.2 billion throughout his career.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Felfeli was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on advising clients within the Department of Defense. Mr. Felfeli earned a B.S. in Art History and Business Administration with attainments in Commerce, Economics, and Politics from Washington and Lee University.
