Before joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Cyrano Adlawan was with Stone-Miller for more than twenty years. He specializes in representing corporate tenants on their office leases (renewals, relocations) as well as on office building purchases/sales. Cyrano primarily works in the Greater Los Angeles market. On a daily basis, Cyrano works with the largest office landlords – Equity Office/Blackstone, Douglas Emmett, Irvine Company, Hines, Tishman Speyer and their brokerage representatives. Cyrano has a diverse client base that includes technology, entertainment, financial services, legal, and accounting firms. In addition, Cyrano works with US subsidiaries of Asian conglomerates. Cyrano is very experienced working with companies on their multi-market national office lease portfolios.
Cyrano holds Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global and is a member of Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He completed the Construction Management certificate and Real Estate Finance and Investments certificates from UCLA Extension. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
Cyrano is a long-time volunteer with the Monterey Peninsula Foundation (including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Pure Insurance Championship impacting First Tee). He has also volunteered with the United State Golf Association (USGA) on over ten national championships.
Previously, Cyrano worked as a broker for the Charles Dunn Company. Cyrano started his real estate career as Assistant to the Chairman for Los Angeles 2000 Partnership, and then as Assistant to the CEO on the successful Walt Disney Concert Hall project. He was paid staff for the US Presidential Campaign (1992).
Cyrano holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and graduated as a national Woodrow Wilson Fellow. During college, he interned for US Senator Pete Wilson (CA), the World Affairs Council in Los Angeles, and the Asia Foundation in San Francisco.
