Trained as an athlete, Cynthia ('Cindy') Shoemaker-Zerrer knows how to beat the competition and keep a laser-keen focus on the prize—whether that entails helping you buy or sell your home. Always striving for the best and willing to go that extra mile, Cindy puts her clients’ needs as top priority. As a result of that precision and exceptional service, she has been awarded the NJ Realtors(R) Circle of Excellence Award(R) for six consecutive years. The last two years, she has been honored with the prestigious Gold Level award for selling more than $12.5 million dollars’ worth of real estate each year. As a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Cindy had a diverse career before discovering real estate, including teaching public school, coaching, and even successfully opening an art gallery in SoHo, New York, where she specialized in vintage art c1900-1960's. It was in the art industry where Cindy found her calling to real estate in 2006. That was the pinnacle point where the tapestry of her background seamlessly flowed together in order to create the dedicated, single-focused, driven, and highly successful real estate agent she is today. Cindy and her husband, renowned local builder and designer John. G. Zerrer, currently reside in Stockton where they raise their three children, Ella, Jackson, and Jarrett. As a lifelong resident of historic Lambertville, she knows the ins and outs of Hunterdon, Mercer, and Bucks Counties and can put that knowledge to good work for you.
