As an investment consultant at BCRE, Cynthia oversees new acquisitions and development opportunities within the company. Her collaborative partnerships and webinars with SBA lenders such as Live Oak Bank have resulted in successful outcomes for clients in both business and property transactions.
Cynthia also brings her depth of knowledge involved with scaling investments, which she gained by navigating her client’s assets through 1031 Exchange transactions. As an owner/operator of commercial properties, she also understands the many obstacles that arise, and takes proactive measures to secure her client’s interest. Her 20 years experience in managing properties in tenant friendly cities have also helped her deliver sound advice in complex markets.
As a graduate of the University of California-San Francisco, her mission is to help fellow healthcare colleagues build wealth. Cynthia’s areas of specialization include advising clients on marketing strategies, transaction strategy, and negotiation of their businesses and commercial property. Using a proprietary program created by BCRE, and alongside Brian Baniqued and Carlson Cheng, they work with founders, entrepreneurs, private equity partners, and ultra-high net worth families on performing an in-depth analysis that evaluates the past, current, and future performance of their overall portfolio
Given her unique background in healthcare and business, Cynthia has been invited by academics to speak at their Universities and was awarded 2022, 2023 and 2024 CCIM Scholarship for her achievements in commercial real estate.
