Bio
Involved in real estate for more than 19 years with an extensive background in property construction and property management, Cynthia Chandlee values most assisting her clients with their unique concerns; in making their best choice, whether buying or selling a home, residential lot or acreage.
She has particular expertise in the development and improvement of equestrian properties, including her own, having resided on a horse farm for more than 24 years. As a child, Cynthia wanted a farm when she grew up and her dream came true! She is living her dream on a farm with her incredible animals. Beginning her life as an Air Force brat and living in many places gave her a true value for a place to call home. She is blessed with two wonderful children and two adorable grandchildren. Life is good.
Real estate is a passion of hers and she considers herself a people pleaser and animal accommodator. Excelling at challenges and making it happen gives Cynthia great satisfaction and peace. Specializing in land, one-of-a-kind estates, equestrian estates and cattle farms is her true love! Loving land and understanding the true development principles have helped her excel at assemblages, large tracts and what others might consider 'difficult land.' Knowing quality of construction, the legal world of real estate and teaming up with the best of the best in the industry has been a win-win. Giving her all and being hands-on at every opportunity big or small has produced excellence in performance. Cynthia is a top performer company-wide, a life member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers and a recipient of the Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the Top Producers.
Cynthia, a graduate of Florida State University, was born at Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico, and lived throughout the United States with many family transfers of her father, a colonel in the USAF. Georgia has been her home for more than 37 years and she calls it her Forevermore HOME.
