As Director of Property Management, Cynthia Bannon is the “face” of Water Street Management, the property management arm of Water Street Properties, managing our residential, mixed-use and medical office portfolio. Cynthia comes to Water Street with 20 years of professional experience, including experience as a real estate agent and property manager for residential multi-family properties across the country. She has also held office management and customer service-focused positions for several non-profits as an Executive Director and a Donor Relations Specialist. Among her many accomplishments are lowering operating costs, converting her organization to a new, streamlined database system and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate progress in achieving goals. At Water Street, Cynthia manages a thousand details with professionalism and skill that our tenants appreciate every day.
