As Director of Operations, Cyd oversees all executive, administrative, marketing, financial and operational responsibilities in the office. She provides Swisher a backbone of operational stability and market knowledge needed to support the brokers in their real estate success. Cyd strives to steer the Swisher team in a progressive direction through social media implementation, technology innovations and top of mind marketing. She has a vision for keeping abreast of technology advancements, agent education, and effective marketing and branding while maintaining Swisher’s presence in the Washtenaw County business community.
Cyd has been a licensed Realtor® since 2004 and is a member of Commercial Board of Realtors® (CBOR), Michigan Realtors® (MR), and National Association of Realtors® (NAR). In addition, she has served as a Director of CBOR since 2014, currently serves on the executive team as the CBOR Treasurer, and dedicates time to the Commercial Property Information Exchange (CPIX®) committee. Cyd also has been appointed to her second two-year term to the Michigan Realtors® Board of Directors.
