Curtis Krusie serves as a Senior Portfolio Account Manager based in Savills’ Dallas office. His responsibilities include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to advise clients who span industry sectors with real estate strategies to optimize their business operations.
Prior to joining Savills, Curtis led an account team of transaction, project management, and lease administration associates managing a rapidly expanding client portfolio in North America and the Asia Pacific region. His experience includes relocations, expansions, lease renewals, and greenfield projects, including build-to-suit projects meeting each client’s unique specifications. In addition, he has managed property sales, subleases, and negotiated lease buyouts for his portfolio clients.
Curtis began his career in commercial real estate specializing primarily in the retail sector before expanding into industrial and office product. He has negotiated transactions with an aggregate value of $120 million and representing more than 2.5 million square feet of space across 45 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada. His assignments have included managing national and global real estate portfolios for privately owned and publicly traded corporations and organizations.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Curtis served as a municipal Code Enforcement Inspector. His experience in government and his education in financial planning combine to deliver a well-informed perspective of the site selection process, delivering a unique understanding of his clients’ financial and operational needs as well as applicable regulatory requirements and building standards.
