Curtis D. Dean entered the Raleigh-Durham commercial
real estate market in 1988 and joined Advantis/
GVA in 2002. Mr. Dean has been directly involved
in over 300 commercial real estate transactions
and has consistently negotiated some of the
largest office transactions in the Raleigh-Durham
area. Curtis is experienced in site location, lease negotiation,
purchases, new facilities development and
landlord representation, as well as financial valuations
of investment-grade assets and helping clients
meet their short- and long-term objectives He has
exclusively represented a variety of Fortune 500
companies and more than 25 national and international
property owners.

Curtis joined Property Resources, CB Richard Ellis’ predecessor
in the Raleigh/Durham market, in 1988. When CB purchased
that firm almost ten years later, Curtis assumed the role
of Director of Leasing, focusing almost all his efforts on the
representation of local, regional, national and international
property owners in the leasing of their commercial property in
the Raleigh/Durham area and in directing a team of professionals
in that effort.
