Curt Perry joined Voit Real Estate Service Group, San Diego as a Senior Associate in 2011, after six years with Coldwell Banker Commercial. He was recognized for completing the most transactions in the CBC Town Center Office in 2007 and 2008. Mr. Perry specializes in advising and the implementation of investment, sales and leasing strategies.
Mr. Perry utilizes his outstanding advisory skills to provide aggressive and sophisticated marketing strategies to position his clients to take advantage of emerging real estate trends. Working with local real estate owners and tenants, Curt incorporates an active prospecting program and continual market research to uncover new real estate opportunities for his clients.
