Bio
As Senior Vice President, Crosby is responsible for helping maximize Nordblom’s commercial asset performance through lease negotiations, construction management, capital planning, along with debt and equity funding. Crosby joined Nordblom Company in 2018 as an Asset Manager. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Appraiser with Kidder Mathews in Seattle, WA and with CBRE in property management.
