Mr. Taylor has been a retail investment sales broker at CBRE's Atlanta office in 2000. The Investment Properties - Atlanta Retail specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers, typically ranging from $2M to $15M. He has closed more than 155 transactions totaling more than 8.1 million square feet of GLA. A significant number of these are located in primary markets such as Atlanta, Savannah, Columbus, Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery and surrounding markets. Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Taylor was a retail investment broker at Marcus & Millichap after a four-year tenure in commercial real estate development and property management in Atlanta. Craig graduated the Emory School of Business in 1987 with a concentration in Finance and received his JD from the Emory School of Law in 1990.
