Through more than three decades of unwavering dedication and
innovation, Craig Miller, the founder of Wilshire Advisory Group,
has left his mark on the industry.
Prior to establishing Wilshire Advisory Group, Craig co-founded
Stone-Miller in 1991 with a mission to reshape the real estate
brokerage landscape. Throughout the course of his career, Craig
has accumulated a wealth of experience, providing tailored
services to commercial tenants while skillfully navigating the
ever-evolving real estate market.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Wilshire Advisory Group,
Craig manages a substantial portfolio, overseeing transactions
exceeding $400 million annually. His leadership has been pivotal
in orchestrating over 550 successful real estate transactions each
year for the firm.
Throughout his career, Craig has honed his expertise in tenant
representation, addressing complex lease structures, equity
participation, lease restructuring, subleases, purchases, build-to-suit arrangements, and lease sale-backs. His deep understanding
of these aspects has resulted in effective real estate solutions
for renowned organizations such as Intel Corporation, Rubicon
Project, Trope & Trope, Esquire Deposition Services, Lockheed
Martin, and numerous other national and international
companies.
Craig’s journey in real estate began at Chase Development, where
he specialized in shopping center development in the Southern
California market. His commitment to growth and education
led him to complete his undergraduate studies in Political
Science at Pennsylvania State University.
