Mr. Lussi engineered a world-wide auction with more than 2,552 potential, qualified bidders for the sale of 34 acres of office, retail and residential buildings and land in Pentagon City and the Universal Buildings in Washington DC for the Tompkins Family and Cafritz Foundation. In 1997, Mr. Lussi created, copyrighted and trademarked LawTriums™ which enable law firms to become 30% to 60% more efficient. In 2018, Mr. Lussi converted his second pending national patent, the StepDown Lease™ Method, into an international pending patent, which saves nonprofits and corporations 25% on their annual rent expense each year, regardless of how much lease term they have remaining.
