Craig is a chartered surveyor with nearly 35 years’ experience within the West of Scotland. Craig started his career with Graham + Sibbald in Paisley during the 1980’s, opened Hamilton office for the firm in the 1990’s, moved to the Glasgow office in 2007 and relocated to Ayrshire in 2017. Oversees the day to day operation of the Ayr office and is involved in all things residential regularly preparing Home Reports, Mortgage Valuation, EPC’s, Expert Witness Reports, Development Appraisals and Residential Investment Valuations. Craig’s wide range of experience means there is very little that he has not seen or dealt with over the years. Since taking over the office Craig is keen to see Graham + Sibbald become the go-to name for property services in Ayr.
