Hausman’s experience includes joint ventures and partnerships involving more than 125 individual investors. Hausman’s accomplishments also include the leasing efforts of over 5,000,000 square feet of office space with a myriad of additional square footage from the leasing of industrial and retail spaces.
Hausman also represented a large group of investors in the refinancing of office properties totaling over $40,000,000 and implemented the financing for dozens of additional projects. His background also includes acquisition projects including the planning and implementation of over $200,000,000 worth of office, retail and industrial properties, representing over $40,000,000 in equity with returns in excess of 18%.
Pollan Hausman Real Estate Services is a full service real estate brokerage firm that was formed by Pat Pollan and Craig Hausman after Bill Yancey retired from Yancey-Hausman. Prior to his retirement, Bill Yancey and Craig Hausman had been together since 1971 and involved in directing the careful growth of the company to the point where the firm managed and leased over 2.6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. “There’s not much we can’t do,” says Craig Hausman.
