Craig E. Fitterer is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates, Inc. – Irvine, a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. A real estate veteran who commenced his career in 1998, Mr. Fitterer has negotiated over 2,000 transactions totaling over 20,100,000 square feet valued in excess of a billion dollars.
Specializing in South Orange County, Mr. Fitterer’s expertise includes the sale and lease of industrial, R&D, medical and office properties. In addition, Mr. Fitterer specializes in property acquisitions on behalf of private/public investors and individuals and in the sale and lease of owner/user opportunities. He has exclusively marketed properties for institutions such as Applied Medical, Kilroy Realty Corporation, Swede-Cal Properties and developers such as Clifford Companies, Burke Development, Turnberry Associates, StoneCreek Company and Saddleback Associates, as well as many large and small Orange County companies.
