Craig graduated from Iowa State University in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Over the last 40 years he and his brother, Keith Eymann have formed several companies that are involved in the development, construction, property management and marketing of residential and commercial real estate. He holds both a Real Estate Broker’s License and a Contractor’s License in the State of Kansas.
During that time they have constructed over 350 million dollars of residential housing and over 500,000 square feet of commercial buildings that include golf clubhouses, residential clubhouses, pool & tennis complexes, restaurants, convenience stores, office warehouse and office buildings. They currently own and manage over 200,000 sf of commercial space.
In 1986 Craig was selected as the Managing Developer for Cedar Creek, a 3,000 acre Master Planned Community owned by Ash Grove Cement. From that date until 2006 he was responsible for the development of Shadow Glen Golf Club which was voted as the “Best New Private Golf Course” in 1989 by Golf Digest Magazine, the development of 14 different residential neighborhoods containing over 1,200 lots and the development of Cedar Creek Corporate Park, a 200 acre commercial office park.
Craig is a Past President of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chairman of the Board for the Olathe Economic Development Council. He has also been a past President of the Kansas City Home Builder’s Association and currently serves on its National Board of Directors.
