INTRODUCTION TO DAYTON COMPANY INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE, LLC Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate, LLC is a real estate brokerage company, specializing in the sale and leasing of medium to large sized industrial facilities and sites. In 1976, near Chicago, Illinois, Craig Dayton formed Craig Dayton Real Estate to provide the investment real estate industry serving Illinois and Wisconsin with sales, leasing, and management services. In 1985, the company was relocated to Arizona and the name was changed to Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate to reflect the company’s orientation to the sale and leasing of industrial and business facilities. In addition to marketing to users, I continue to maintain investment clients as an important part of my business. Craig Dayton is a founding member of the Arizona Commercial Broker’s Association (ACBA) and has served as President, Vice President, Treasurer and Board Director. The ACBA is a professional association of commercial and industrial brokers and maintains the highest standards for membership. Craig again served as President for the 2011 and 2012 term, the 2012 and 2013 term and the 2013 and 2014 term. Presently, Dayton Company Industrial Real Estate, LLC is the only industrial real estate brokerage firm serving the entire state of Arizona. My primary market area is the greater Phoenix area; however, I have done extensive work in the rural areas. I have successfully marketed more industrial buildings in rural Arizona than any other industrial brokerage firm. I subscribe to both CoStar and LoopNet, the two largest database services serving Arizona and the United States. I can research properties, matching a prospect’s needs with available sites and facilities. I can then provide the information gathered from these sources to my clients. My exclusive agency agreement provides for a marketing program recognized as a leader in the industry. The brochures and specifications that I provide to prospects have more details than those of our competitors. I utilize various internet sites to market my properties throughout the world. Although I represent clients in the marketing of their properties, I provide prospective buyers and tenants with information on all available properties meeting their specifications. I can do this for any market in Arizona. Throughout the years, I have established an excellent reputation with community and economic development representatives. At the appropriate time of the site selection process, I can arrange meetings with any state, local, utility, or economic development representative.
